In addition to the above charges, the Company's service fees may include the following items:
• Tax Administration Support Fee
• Vacant Property Management Fee
• Ground Rent & Service Charge Administration Fee
The final terms shall be governed by the Terms of Business (TOB) executed between both parties.
Not all charges listed above will necessarily apply. Charges shall only be payable where the relevant service has been requested, required, or incurred during the management process.
